Il Segno del Comando (The Sign of Command) is a 1971 Italian mistery\thriller TV show whose plot deals with the occult, past lives, ghosts and secret societies in a ghastly, nocturnal and esoteric Rome on the track of a Lord Byron’s letter.
Very ahead of its times, Il Segno del Comando is still reputed a classic and a milestone of italian TV, it also contains one of the portraits of my city I feel more fond of.
My love for it, for my city and for my country’s popular culture led me to produce and homage-poster for its 45th anniversary.
