Finally, here we are.
This is my entry, hi-res and zoom friendly, for the annual #Tapirulan illustration #contest .
The theme this year was to revisit a scene from a movie we love and I picked the last scene from “Brancaleone alle Crociate” directed in 1970 by Mario Monicelli.
For the non-italian followers: it’s a dark comedy set in italian middle ages at the time of the crusades and follows a clumsy but honest knight on his quest for a glorious death. Hope you like it.
