My friend Umberto passed away this morning. Other than a Friend Umberto has been my first fan and supporter and in the late ’90s asked me to draw what happened to be my first published work: his punk rock band’s first 7″. I did many artworks for him after that and this started somehothe idea of pursuing a carreer i have never reputed possible.
it seems a million years ago and it seems all so unreal today.
